The Project
When Sharpen Technologies reached out to Jackson Sky, they were using a cumbersome WordPress theme that wasn’t meeting their goals in terms of visual design or special features. Additionally, they had just rebranded their visual identity and needed a website that would match their new look, products and overall direction of the company.
Our Approach
Jackson Sky approached this site like we do all our projects with a strategy session about how their content and features should be organized. From there, we designed and developed a custom WordPress theme and page builder tailored to their design and functionality goals.
Solution & Results
Working under a tight deadline, the Jackson Sky team migrated all new and existing content, including videos and images, to ensure the site was fully ready at launch. A custom instruction manual was also provided, empowering the Sharpen Technologies team to easily update content and features directly in WordPress.
A New Site for a New Brand
Sharpen partnered with a branding agency to develop a new identity for the company, which served as the foundation for the website’s updated visual direction. The outdated colors, imagery, and unnecessary design clutter were replaced with a clean, modern aesthetic. Special attention was given to photo selection, and superfluous design elements were intentionally left behind.
